This picture was taken on 42nd street in New York City right after the ball dropped to initiate the 2005 New Year. Leaving the shutter open for a second allowed me to capture the perpetual motion of the electric and organic energy created by the hoards of people and lights. Through Adrienne's expression you can see there is much to absorb.
